Importance of approved used/extended warranty (2016 C63)?
Discussion
I'm currently in the market for a 2016 C63 wagon, but approved used vehicles are understandably raising the budget somewhat.
You could get a 2016 from an independent dealer for £36-37k, whereas approved used is largely £40k onwards.
Is the approved used warranty still 2 years for AMGs? I've been struggling to find authoritative information saying it is anything more than 12 months (which means you might as well buy from an indy and privately shell out for extended warranty, no?).
Just wondered what the general consensus was as I've not seen much material suggesting a warranty on the W205 C63 is a must-have.

I brought a 2013 C63 from a MB dealer in 2017, came with a 2 year warranty. A warranty from an ideprndant will not be worth the paper it’s printed on👍 Trust me👌
Buy from a MB dealer, get it serviced there each year or when due, you will get 12 months break down cover each time when servicved with them👍
In my opion, a car like this, worth dealer purchase & warranty, yes, do it👍
