Morning all,

after some of THE most shocking service imaginable from my local Mercedes main dealer, I'm trying to find a Merc 'approved' garage for the first service due on my lease car.

Reading through my lease agreement, it appears I am able to use a garage within the network of approved garages.... but can't find a list or search facility in this respect anywhere online.

Can anyone offer any advice or info?

Evening,

You will find the "garage within the network of approved garages" Will be one of their own dealerships within the uk. You cannot afford to have it serviced outside of the MB network if its under one of their finance products, because upon return your end up with a fine per serviced thats been missed or done outside of the network. At one point it was £1000 per incorrect service.

Hope thats of help to you.

There are a few Authorised Repairers - they were the old dealers that Mercedes canned when they reorganised the network in the early 2000's.

I don't know how comprehensive or up to date this list is, but you'll see them here: http://www.mercedes-retailers.co.uk/mercedes/deale...

I think they come up if you search for service only on Mercedes website dealer list.

There's not many of them left now.
