Mercedes Sprinter 316 Cdi with rear windows

Hello, I wonder if anyone can help me. I think I have been a victim of Facebook fraud along with thousands of other people. I'm trying to trace a Romanian Mercedes Sprinter 316 cdi, that has rear windows on it's back doors. It is in Romania not the UK. It's registered in Valcea County and has either red temporary plates on the front of it or it may be a hire van. This is the registration number on the front of the van. VL 044479 I desperately need to know if this van is a hire van or if it's just got temporary plates on it...........The van was apparently bought in January 2018, which is why I'm asking about the plates. I know the red plate rule in Romania. I donated a lot of money to a woman who has lived in Canada for 16 years, she runs a Facebook 'charity' page for Romanian rescue dog's. She has based her 'charity' in Romania and has a lot of Romanian connections. She posted on January the 26th that she had bought a van and that it would be on the road in spring. This was after someone confronted her over the fact that she'd been asking for donations for over 3 years to buy a van and still hadn't bought one. That post about her buying the van back in January, was the last time she ever posted anything about it, no updates of it's refurbishment, absolutely nothing, that is up until now. People have been asking for an update for almost a year now and as soon as someone mentioned the word 'fraud', she suddenly puts an update of the 'alleged' van that she has bought but it's apparently still off the road after nearly a year, someone noticed that she had posted photos of two different van's and she came up with a horrendous 'cock and bull story'. She has now put photos of another van up, claiming it's hers but I really don't think it is, there's far too many inconsistencies in this sudden post. Why has it taken a year for one lousy update that doesn't appear to be the truth at all. She also remove another post just before the update of the van. She was trying to ask people to give her £15 each to have a pig slaughtered for Christmas humanely by pistol bolt and euthanasia! It was supposed, she said it was to raise awareness! People actually started giving her £15 each! Again people started questioning her about this post and she removed it without any explanation to her supporters as to the reason why she had stopped her fundraiser so suddenly, I think it was because she got backed into a corner and couldn't answer the questions people were bombarding her with. I doubt very much, if the people who donated £15 each to her, ever got their money back. Sorry this is so long winded but I really want to know if we've all been 'taken for a ride' by this woman and I need help I have lots of photos of these different vans but I don't know if I'm allowed to put them on here, I'm a bit old and stupid
