All... I have just purchased one of these gems for the measly sum of £1200. It has 180k on the clock and a st load of problems. Many of these I can live with and fix in due course.... However, given the current climate, one issue which I cannot overlook is the heater which only works intermittently. It does heat the car eventually, but with only working for around 10 seconds at a time before stopping for about 5 mins, it takes an age.

All the literature I can find online I think comes from American sites... Can anyone here in UK tell me where blower motor is located I.e. Drivers / passenger side footwell?

Never tried to get to it on my car but a search on the Merc forums should come up with something.
