Part numbers

Does anyone know of a website or program that will allow me to select a part from an exploded view of a car and find its part number?
I know at the BMW parts department they have it but i'd imagine this is an internal thing.


So for example i could click on a part on this image and it would show me the part number of it?

This is perfect for the bmw so thanks for that, need something abit more like the bmw one for other cars, currently a mercedes w176...
