My c63 w204 has just had, a. B2 service, 4 new. Michelin ps4 tyres which I'm not overly enamoured with, a cracked wheel welded and a new wheel ordered from merc,. Trade thankfully. I only hope I get to drive the beast for fun soon for all this outlay reminds me of my evo haha.

Diff next and maybe a msl remap?

Another 2k, i best get my bonus hadnt i really?

Thing is, i find the 255 section rears area already struggling for traction with 451 brake and 447 torque or whatever it is, will only be more spinny with a remap, would be nice to have it delimited though and do some high speed stuff abroad..

I used Verdestein Wintrac Xtreme S 265/19 from Camskill tyres on mine late Oct till early March .They were brilliant along with the Quaife diff , so much grip in the winter weather ! Those two mods along with the remap really transformed the car , highly recommended indeed .

Ive never considered Vredstein to be honest, i was thinking of getting some yokohama as they were always quick sticky on the evo, but wore quite quickly. Will check out the vred.

This!!!!! I live up in Scotland and put them on last winter and went for a wee test in 4" of snow lol. BMW X5's front wheel drive Peugeot all out of control. I was driving through snow all the way to Glencoe and no issues. (ok no LSD) but very manageable. Tyres make a HUGE difference and these ones are way up there.
