2012 220CDI - 2.5 yrs & 22k between services - too risky ?

Hi

Was intending to purchase above car, all with fully stamped Mercedes service book, but have found that its missed a major service ............ & has gone from Dec 15 to June 18, with accompanying mileage of 22k miles ............. can anyone please advise whether its just a bit too risky to purchase privately ??
