Hi.
Has anybody put K&N Air Filters in their C63, the 6.3 V8 model.
If , so, have you felt the benefit or not.
Was thinking of putting them in mine, just wondering if it’s teally worth it.
Thanks for any advice & help.
Dave.

The consensus on the C63 Facebook page seems to be that there is no real benefit to the K & N's. Possibly a little more induction noise.

Most recommend BMC or O.E.M

They rarely are on N/a applications.

K&N say the filter oil doesn't damage sensors.
A lot of anecdotes say it does...
You're better off using a good quality pair of paper filters and replacing them more frequently.

Had them on the C63 & still have them on my CLK63 mainly to add induction noise, I've had no issues with sensors they made no extra power but I did notice a slightly better throttle response.

If the filter is over oiled then potentially it can damage the MAF - but if it is sparingly oiled according to instructions then it shouldn't be an issue.
