What are they like day to day?

Any “must have” options?

Also with passenger seat entertainment pack I assume this is TV and should that come with head phones and a remote? Anything else ?

There is a thread further down which may be of help to you.
The CL63 is pretty well equipped as standard, some have night vision, distrionic cruise control and some even have a fridge between the rear seats. Not sure about the entertainment package contents though.
They are lovely luxury cars, the later bi-turbo cars have real low down grunt, the V12's aren't a lot faster but have relentless power on tap, but running costs are high. Be careful trying the V12's though because they can be addictive.
