W204 cdi white smoke in low speed

Hello, I need your help concerning my car.
The car start normally in the morning, no smoke, no vibration, we I start driving it it make a white smoke cloud that disaper one I go up o speed. It happen also whene a reduce speed on a bump or red light .you can see the smoke in the video attached

The car run normally, no smoke on high speed, I didn't notice any change in oil level or coolant until now. I got some esp abs tire pressure error and some oil vapor on the top of the engine. I need you help to find the problem please.
