Bought a 2013 E class in 2016 from a Mercedes dealer with 21000miles on the clock. Within the first year it needed a transmission oil cooler replacing. This was done free of charge under the dealer warranty. Twenty two months later it needs replacing again at considerable cost..
Mercedes have offered a 51% contribution. Is there a known fault with this component (apparently fitted across range) or am i just unlucky. Not impressed with Mercedes response for a premium manufacturer. Will buy in bulk if I keep the car.

I had a repair carried out a year outside of warranty and asked how long the repair was warranted, they said two years. I'd check with Mercedes themselves before tackling the dealer.
