Sl350 c/l vacuum pump fault

Hi all
A mate here in sweden,im from England , has this problem and Mercedes here in sweden want £1300+, a Quick check on ebay (650-800£) there is a repair company bit its in the states (around 250)
The Car is 2007 sl350 is there anywhere in the uk that repairs these or any of you fellows had the same problem ? Kind regards and any info/links appreciated
