E class command issue

Hi all,
Noticed something strange when switching between 'media' (SD card) and 'radio'. I have never used the preset stations, never felt the need to as i tend to listen only a couple and the DAB scrolls nicely through the choices alphabetically. I noticed a couple of days ago that when switching from listening to media across to radio the radio stations are not there, i have to push the center button and then a list of them come up, choose the one i want and it will work and then goes back to the scroll left and right page. However if i scroll to another one it isn't there and the square boxes all list a single station name, the station i was on previously.

I tried to replicate this and it did it every time. It has never done this before, any suggestions. Hope i have explained it correctly.

car is a 2016.

I think 2016 is the changeover year for the W212 to the W213. These have different COMAND systems.
Which is your car?

W212, one the last ones, it had a newer version on it, same as the one in this ad

That is a newer comand version than in my 2014 e class, the dab radio looks very different so I don’t think I can help, sorry.

no worries, emailed my contact at Tunbridge Merc, will try and pop tomorrow if a tech can give me 5 minutes, hopefully just a software issue.
