eBay Airmatic Airsprings - Cheap ones?

Hi all,

While looking on eBay (in the UK), I saw lots of suppliers selling non branded w221 Airsprings for a fraction of what Mercedes Airmatic ones would cost. Examples are here:

What is the catch here? Do they have really poor build quality?

Would you trust them?

Didn't know you could get Chinese ones.

Most people historically have got for Arnott ones if they don't want to pay MB prices.
