C Class Estate. Advice Required.

Hi Chaps,

Mum needs a new motor, popped into a MB dealership as I suggested a mini estate to replace her hatch back. Seemed to win the vote. So here I am doing a bit of research.

Looked at the C180, but not having had much contact with MB I was totally disappointed with the fact that the C180/200/230 all have 1.8ltr engines but just different loads on the Supercharger. What a complete load of bollox, that is MB being greedy. If you make a weak engine, then it either needs 'kompressing' or it doesn't. Not 3 levels of power, what a joke.

Anyhow, which is better (diesil not an option)?

Build qualtiy seems to be the main prob with this range from MB. Any opinion?

The model Ma liked and which we were shown was the new SPORT Edition. Has nice comfy seats and some bling. Drive the deal suggests should be able to get £2k off list with options?

Over to you. Advice appreciated. Whats the depreciation like. Seem quite popular on the raod. Is it being replaced sometime soon?
