The side and rear aspects smell of CLS to me, and there's a whiff of Focus about the nose, but it all looks nice enough to me.

I think it is the head light's that look like a focus

Very interesting pictures, but what is it? It looks a lot like CLS but it's got some detail differences - the waistline is slightly different. It looks huge, yet the way the rear lights overlap onto the boot lid would imply it's not as big as it appears?

The next C-Class isn't launched until late 2007, for 2008 model year. I've only seen crappy edited pictures previously but a whole bunch of disguised spy pictures have appeared in the last few wks, ie:
