Grateful for any help or advice on this one.

I purchased my ML from a MB Dealer June 2003. I was told the car had fMBSH and that the service schedule simply needed stamping to bring it upto date. No problem.

However, to cut a very long story short, the suppplying dealer cannot provide any evidence of any service history! No apology ie just the usual shockingly bad customer service.

Your thoughts on approach with the MB would be appreciated. Am thinking of looking to negotiate a cash compensation for the fact the car has no FSH of c10%-20% of purchase price? Views? Should I pursue a legal route re misrep description?

Try ringing Daimler Chrysler HQ in Milton Keynes, 01908 245000, and ask for customer service. Explain the situation politely and let them do all the hard work.
