I believe the 200 only gets the 5-speed auto, not the 7-speed available on the 350.

I have a manual 350, and test drove the auto. The auto was unquestionably slick, but for me a sportscar should have a manual (or SMG type) box - but I know I am in the minority as far as SLK buyers are concerned.

If you can save up the extra for the 350 it would be well worth it. 160 bhp just isn't enough, and the V6 is sooo creamy!
