Whats the best model to get and would I be able to get one before the summer?

My SLK 350 is a peach, and the pick of the range I reckon (200 too slow, AMG too expensive!) I have no idea about current delivery times - I got mine five months after order, but some have been quoted two years??

What he said. Around 5 months for a sensible spec silver 'un. I have to say though that the SLK55 is priced spot on when viewed against an SL55, which people are still falling over themselves to buy a good few years after launch.
