I'm looking at new Estate versions of above as opting out of company car.
Performance figures are very similar, but obviously the diesel will use less fuel, but it costs £3K more, so doesn't appear to make sense unless it's worth more on resale (prob at 3yrs, 80-90K miles).

Any thoughts, anyone?

the turbodiesel is the most sought after secondhand make sure its also an auto and it does 20mpg more and the torque and power are where you need them

Mrs WR has a C180k (Coupe though, manual), plenty of power, on not too bad on petrol, having six gears.....

Diesel might be better for estate car though.....

diesel will be worth more come resale time.

like others have said, spec with auto for same reason.
