Anyway I think I have one. E Class Convertible 250CDI Sport Auto which I took delivery of at the end of Jan this year.

Problems to date are:

Squealing brakes, from rear near side. 2 sets of pads and 1 set of discs and its still not fixed.
Failed to start on 3 separate occasions
Front windows wont return to fully closed position, but will occasionally do so when they chose as you're driving along
Sluggish gearbox - software updated and now better but still not as smooth as others I've driven.

Its now gone in for its 5th trip to the dealer. To say I am fed up of it is an understatement, the only consolation is the car is perfect for me, quick enough, very economical and a very pleasant place to be (when everything is working)

Has anyone else had similar issues?

Had a "Friday afternoon" Audi A4 Cabriolet once. After numerous failed attempts to fix, they eventually (after a little pressure), swapped the car for another new one that was faultless over the next three or four years that I had it.

Some just do seem to be lemons. Sorry to hear it.
