Merc service in Herts/Essex/Suffolk

Got a '91 190E for doing the daily commute. Needs a bit of a service and a few things fixing, and was wondering if anyone could recommend an indie in the E. Herts, Essex or S. Suffolk areas?
Specifically, it needs:
* oil and filter
* probably a new set of spark plugs to be on the safe size
* coolant drain and renew
* air filter replacement
* coolant temperature sender needs fixing (gauge never moves)
* electric aerial needs fixing (goes down OK, but doesn't go up -- I think one of the sensors is duff)
* rattle from the front of the exhaust needs fixing (probably heatshield, in which case it needs tightening or removing, or cat breaking up in which case it needs the "stuff" taking out and the empty box put back
)
