190E rust

[Alnassma]

Took my 190E out of storage yesterday, been standing for 9 months.. started up perfectly first time, unfortunately it was not as clean as I thought when I tucked it away so a few rust spots have appeared low on the door right above the sacco-plates -
also a little bit in the front corner of the wheel arches.
Any ideas what the best thing would be to do about this?
I hate rust
