2011 C Class Coupe
Discussion
Yes I bought a brand new C250 cdi 125 auto anniversary model back in October great car has all the toys you could want. I lease mine from MB direct £1284 down followed by £428 over 23 months. Car goes very well with 204bhp twin turbo engine and 369lbs of torques and it returns about 47/49 miles per gallon on Shell V power diesel hope this helps.

Thanks for that, always good to get another opinion.
I'm driving a 350z at the moment but just become a dad and am now doing lots more business mileage so the Z fails on both those fronts and the merc seemed a nice compromise of having something that looks good and goes OK but ticks the practical box too. Only problem is that the Z has depreciated like a stone!

I have a diamond white 250 CDI arriving on Monday, will let you know how it is
I had an hour or so long test drive in a C250 CDI with the auto and it was a great blend of speed and smoothness. Very much looking forward to monday!
That's good to hear Ben, haven't tried one, but definately interested in your thoughts, have two of the current C Classes.

I picked up my C Coupe 2 weeks ago and I am still grinning! It is the C350 AMG sport 125 edition with COMAND, Leather, Pan Roof, Sport pack, Lighting Pack, Harmon Kardon surround sound and reversing camera. I have already covered 900 miles thanks to a long weekend away and so far averaged 35 mpg. Very impressive from a 3.5 litre petrol!
The ride is comfortable and quiet and in sport mode the throttle response and handling is fantastic.

Ben, PM me if need be, but are you purchasing or is it lease? I have been offered an almost too good to be true deal today on a C220 CDi AMG Sport Edition 125, its got Command DVD etc, Xenons, 19" alloys, AMG Styling Kit in White if I want it early Dec, or Black if I want it in Jan.

So good in fact my pa has just put the hammer down on a c220 cdi coupe auto 125 anniversary in Tenorite grey with priv glass and grey half leather for £1257 deposit followed by £419 a month for 23 months she is a happy bunny.
Don't think there are many cars of this sort of value where you can get such good lease deals. This is'nt a bad one either. http://www.contracthireandleasing.com/car-leasing-...What sort of mileage are you guys doing in this time?
I've had a car allowance for the last four months (just shy of £5k gross) but with an imending house i've been holding on getting a replacement car.
My issue is that i'm doing about 16-18k per annum which seems to kill me when I start looking at lease cars.

One thing to bear in mind is the cost of excess mileage, if you shop around you may be able to get away with circa 10p a mile... £600-£800 a year for the extra 6-8k miles isn't too bad if you get a good monthly deal to begin with IMO. But watch out for the clauses to do with not going over by more than 15% mileage I've had a car allowance for the last four months (just shy of £5k gross) but with an imending house i've been holding on getting a replacement car.

We both do about 8/9k a year so the 10k per year is fine for us, the previous deal on the C220 for my pa fell through so she has now been offered a c220 with leather/ heated seats/privacy glass for £1332 down followed by £440 a month over 23 months if this helps.

I'm just about to order one almost the same. Full spec also just deciding on the colour. I'm between blue + black leather or white + red leather. Think the white goes well with the black panoramic roof but a white car hmmm. The ride is comfortable and quiet and in sport mode the throttle response and handling is fantastic.

I nearly went for the diamond white with the red leather as I think the contrasting black pan roof looks great, however the other half kindly pointed out that the black roof looked like it had just been 'added on' and didn't like it all! I think they look mean in black so I went for the obsidian black with the sahara beige leather. It sounds awful but the beige is more lke a sand colour and really lifts the interior. I definitely made the right choice.
Any chance of an interior pic? I do like the look of yours in black. Choices choices. Gassing Station | Mercedes | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
