Layman's terms what boxes do I need?

I have

cables from my utility room back to various points round the house - 7 wires
a cable from the telephone input in the attic back to the utility room - 1 wire
a sky router - id like this in the utility not the attic
various security bits that need to be plugged into internet in the utility.

What boxes do i need? sky router > switch > patch panel > cables round home
what ends do i need on the end of the attic > utility cable?

the 7 cables are cat 6
the line from telephone box in the attic to utility is cat 6
the sky line is normal asdl. not fttp sadly.
