iPhone incorrect username and password for emails

iPhone playing up it receives emails but now doesn't send them giving the error message incorrect passwort or email address. Both are correct and it receives emails.
I have retyped them in but to no avail.

On the laptop it sends emails fine.
Yahoo mail btw.

Any ideas?

As for the problem, mine does that on one email, same settings as PC. Other 2 are fine. No idea why either.

Mine too.
I've never understood why it happens, it just sorts itself...
Gmail account here.

For some reason, when my iphone 4 is connected to a wireless network (for example at home), the phone loses its internet connection but the wireless symbol remains in the window at the top of the screen. This causes the username and password issue mentioned above..

The easiest fix is to reboot the phone...

Still not working - have tried turning it off,wife off etc but nothing it only receives emails it doesnt send...

Maybe I need to connect it to the Laptop - not done in 9 or so months.
