Wireless not working on my HP laptop. Please help!!

Hi, I seem to have lost wireless on my laptop.

It's an HP Pavillion tx 1000

I went into the wireless diagnose and repair tab & it tells me I have no wireless hardware, I've used it wireless for 18 months!!

Any help would be great

Silly question, but have you tried rebooting?

After that, I would try reinstalling the drivers, maybe a file has been corrupted.

Even dafter question but just in case;

You haven't knocked the wireless switch on the front of the case to off?
