Recommended Web Hosts

Can anyone recommended any cheap web hosts? The sites i intend to be developing will not be complex - they're for small businesses that simply require a web presence - however i would like the hosts to be able to support PHP/ASP just in case.

Disk space and bandwidth shouldn't be too important for these sites.

Drop a line to our very own Dontlift. I have 2 sites with them right now and seem to get very good service.

I'm not completly sure of the T&C's but for small sites they offer a free hosting facility.

www.49pence.co.uk, I can't vouch for their windows servers but until reacently used their linux reseller package and the service was second to none, anytime there was even the smallest bit of down time there would be an e-mail appologising (as it happens this happend only once or twice in the past year) and the price is unbeatable.

Also ran into a bit of legal trouble with one of the sites on the plan, while most hosts would give in to someone complaining at the sight of trouble they supported their customer, which is very rare these days.

Support is top notch as well.

Prices for their reseller package is very good as well.

I've been looking through the oneandone.co.uk offerings today - look very good but the webmail is a little limited.
