Anyone able to de-interlace a bitmap for me???

I've got one last picture to be used on the box for Surrey Run 4, but its a snapshot from video and needs de-interlacing....anyone willing to help please drop me an email and I'll send you the file.

what's interlacing? Can it be done with adobe?

Seriously - has to do with the scan lines that are used in video...
