Virus's

I've just checked my e-mail thru mailwasher , and i have 24 e-mails saying that i have sent them (all different addys) an e-mail. The subject was update of oconnells website... Ive never sent a e-mail with that in one. the virus i am meant to of sent was PE_BUGBEAR.DAM what ever that was.
Any idea's??? I dont want people to think i'm a virus sender!!!
