OK I'll admit defeat and reckon I'm going to have to install some anti pop-up software.

It's something from an outfit called http://adserve.internetfuel.com or some such rubbish that's done it in for me.

I need advice on either how to get my PC of their list or which anti-pop-up freeware to load.

Cheers Rich...

Find yourself a copy of Spybots S&D (search and destroy) and install that.

The Google toolbar Beta version has a built in pop-up blocker but you've got to promise to let teds pop ups through

Be aware Kazaa and stuff like that might not work after running spybot but Kazaa Lite will.

I use something called 'Kill Popup' it's available at www.download.com and is about 50Kb, you just press Ctrl when you want to open a new window. Easy as pies.
