There's an article on Yahoo that might be helpful http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/ttpcworld/20030718/tc_techtues_pcworld/111590&cid=1740&ncid=1729

Alas not, I'm after a graphics tablet, not a tablet PC. Still interesting article (and I want a tablet PC for myself at some point).

I've bought a couple of Trust pads as gifts. From what I've heard they're pretty good for the price.

Of course if you've got the cash to splash and want the best, then go for Wacom.

I will sell u my pocket pda / pc thing. Its great, but pointless.
At work we have loads of these graphics drawing board things, althoug they're only really used to replace a mouse, so probably the cheapes thing you can get. I will see if i can borrow one. Don't worry, not going to nick it, but they might be spares.

I've got an old wacom graphire and it works great. Now there is a new model without a mouse included that's even cheaper. Since I haven't used the included mouse ever, I have to reccomend it.
