Latest disaster is pretty straight forward. "$^*)_
QWERTYUI{} These are the top two rows of my Sony pCG GR214Mp keyboard on caps, but as you can see quite a few characters/letters have just gone missing. Is this curable or is it a return to Sony?

We get missing charecters on our dell laptops. Usually either loose screws in the bottom or a replacement keyboard. Not a problem if it'e under warrantee
