AMR files

could someone please enlighten myself as to how i can play .AMR files on my PC. They are files i've donloaded off my mobile. Im running windows XP and some other software which supposedly plays everything and it doesnt recognise it.

oops forgot to mention MPEG-4 movie files as well.again downloaded off my mobile.

I guessit's a sony-ericsson phone, there's a tool to convert their proprietary amr format to wav free from Ericsson at ... www.ericsson.com/mobilityworld/sub/open/technologies/messaging/tools/amr_converter
