recommend me a used laptop

Help please folks, it's been many years since I bought one.
Family member needs a laptop for business, not gaming. making docs, sheets, simple graphics.

Is Dell still the go to for business machines? Must be Windows.

And who are trusted refurb sellers?

If it's for business, I wouldn't bother with used as you're not going to save that much and what you want is a good warranty as how much does it cost p/h when it's out of service.

I tend to by a few year old HP Elite books, for what you get for the money I don't think you can beat them

In this case it's a start from scratch; and as a help, I'm buying it.

I've seen a Dell 7520 from Dell Refurb. It'll do the job and it comes with 6 month warranty.

Any news good or bad about the 7520?
