Airplay and Sonos not working correctly on new broadband
Discussion
Hi All
I've just had Toob broadband installed - 900mbs(not showing that yet) - https://www.toob.co.uk/
I have a TP Link mesh network(Deco M4) that worked perfectly with my previous Plusnet broadband - https://www.tp-link.com/uk/home-networking/deco/de...
This is plugged into the Toob router that is actually a Linksys device - https://www.toob.co.uk/linksys-router/
Everything seems fine(family happy so far) - other than for me! My mobile phone streaming to my two SONOS speakers either with Airplay or via SONOS is not happy.
So Spotify dropping out all over the place and radio apps such as Global Player doing the same! But only when the SONOS is involved.
This is super annoying and I cant find anyone else with the same issue!
Any thoughts? Linksys router or Deco settings perhaps? Or a SONOS setting.
Any help appreciated.

Is your Sonos connected via wifi? If so, the first thing I would check, is that the wifi is off on the router, leaving the deco to handle everything. Also verify that you don't have two devices handing dealing with DHCP. I don't have a deco mesh so don't know if that does it as well as the router.
Just to update my own thread because I find this odd.
This morning I connected my Deco box directly to the fibre box and everything worked fine. No obvious speed gain from my tests so I put it back to how it was.
Anyway went upstairs to my Sonos and it wasn’t happy again. This time turning them off and back on again worked but I find it odd that Sonos can somehow be sensitive to a change it theoretically can’t even see !
