Hp hard drive dead

I've been having this screen come up when I turn my laptop on. It goes if you turn it off and on again. Last week it came on and won't go. The drive is soldered I I think or part of the board I think. I've tried loading the bios defaults but to no avail.

Any clues or is it ready for the bin
