Really odd one, does anyone else get really bad AirPod interference when walking through Waterloo station?

Is it full of other people also using Bluetooth and/or WiFi at the time?

I do at London Bridge. Standing on the platform and if I turn my head they can cut out completely, fine when looking straight ahead.

Very annoying.

This is interference between the AirPods and phone as the content has already been downloaded to the phone. My assumption is it something to do with Radio interference from staff radios

Lots of radio waves bouncing around occasionally focusing in certain areas.

Yes. Waterloo is literally the only place I've ever had this, and it's happened on virtually every Bluetooth set that I've used there over the years

It's the only place I go where it's that busy and a high proportion of the people there are actively using their phones and other Bluetooth devices.

I have had it happen to me.

Common at Waterloo apparently (and some other stations):

The general consensus is that problems occur due to being immersed in an absolute sea of 2.4ghz radio waves from hundreds and hundreds of Wifi access points, and hundreds of other bluetooth devices (passengers with headphones), all being in the same place.

I've had the same in Liverpool Street. There's a spot I walk through near the escalators on my way out and I always get interference noise at that point. Never get it anywhere else.
