Vodafone Gigacube - Help!

Hi all,

Having an issue with our new Vodafone Gigacube. We have full 5g signal where we live and the Gigacube shows as fully connected. I can login to the WiFi which is showing full signal (all good so far). However, when trying to view a webpage it won’t load the page and eventually times out.

This is our second Gigacube, the first had exactly the same issue which Vodafone themselves diagnosed as a faulty Gigacube unit and hence sent this new one (after over an hour on the phone to them).

Has anyone else experienced this?

For info, when we put the Gigacube SIM card in a phone, it connects straight away the internet works perfectly (on the phone).
