Laptop battery replacement

My HP laptop battery needs replacement. It is no longer charging and diagnostic test said 0%.

The model is HP 17-ca3500na

i just cannot find replacement anywhere though. Anyone help? Tried ebay, HP and amazon

Open it up and get the part number from the old battery.

Once you have replaced it, keep an eye on it for swelling on the off chance it's a dodgy battery

Lipo batteries are pretty old established tech. Not much to worry about.

One thing - your laptop wasn't outside was it? Mine is stored in my garage and when I fired it up last week (HP pavillion) I got the 0% warnings etc, would not take a charge. Brought it in the house and once warmed up it spprange back to life and charges and discharges exactly as it should.
