I have an old work computer that will not boot anymore and is written off. I have taken out the hard drive, is there a program , file location that I can access these emails from another computer ?. I have a hard drive dock that can read the drive fine, I don't have Outlook installed anymore on the new computer.

What email client are you using on the new computer?

If you don't have one installed you could try using Thunderbird. https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/

Outlook stores emails as .pst files, there should be a way of importing them into Thunderbird.
