Microsoft 365 & office issue

Hey folks,

Just a quick one.... Before Christmas, my Microsoft office wouldn't load, no outlook or word etc..

When i click to open a little screen comes up and says updating mocrosoft 365 and office, after a minute it comes up with an error code 0xc0000142

Have googled it and says needs updating... But its up to date

Any ideas before I call a specialist?
