Cex 5 year

Looking at a phone, it is grade c but comes with a 5 year warrenty. Is the cex 5 year warrenty worth it in reality.

I've always been pleased with the kit, however I once attempted to take something back that was broken and it was a MASSIVE faff, gave up in the end. Especially as I had to return it to the store I bought it from and needed a paper receipt even though I use their card, that wasn't good enough. I have no experience of actually using their warranty successfully.

I believe that the warranty will give you whatever they are selling the phone for at the time of the claim rather than what you paid for it so beware. If you bought a phone for £200 now and 4 years down the line it breaks then you might only get £20 for it. I've never had any issues with stuff I've bought from CEX though.
