Help please guys (& gals).
Outlook has been 'upgrading' itself lately but with the option that I can revert back to the older version which I've been doing. Come to yesterday & there's now no option to revert back. I don't mind the new version but it wants me to sign in first and I don't know the password. I've Googled & one option is password manager & find the password for your service provider which I've done but that doesn't work. I also still have access to the old old Outlook 2010 but that only has old emails on & of course the password just shows as asterisks. How can I access the email account & keep all the emails that are there in different folders (the folders don't show when I log into email through my VM account)?

You will need to contact the company that provides your e-mail service.

You can ‘unmask’ the asterisks with a free app if that helps?
I forget the name of the one I’ve used, but will look if you need it.
