I'm having problems in connecting to a particular website (www.railtec-models.com) which I have previously connected to okay. If I connect via my home BT broadband I get a "Page currently under-going enhancements" error message. This happens no matter what browser or device I use. However, if I set up a 4G hotspot on my phone, I can connect to the site okay from my laptop using the hotspot.

I've tried the usual clearing the brower cache, restarting the laptop, restarting the router, all to no avail. It all points to a setting on the router of a problem with the broadband. The problem only affects one website.

Any ideas?

Could be a website deployment issue. Not sure how they set it up, could 2 different pages, one for mobile and another for broadband connections.

Could be doing some sort of Canary deployment, they have a new webpage that is erroring out, but still serving their old website to some people.

Email the website?

I'm presuming it's a BT issue - just tried it from my laptop using Plusnet, worked fine.

Fine on hyperoptic with Google DNS.

Can you login to your router and plug in the settings from this webpage:
