Android phone not powering on
Discussion
i have a xiaomi 12s ultra, it is an import I bought it specifically for the camera.
I went for a hike, it didn't get wet or anything but powered off. I tried charging but just won't take a charge via cable and wireless.
it does vibrate and screen sort of flashes, just a small line, for a second then nothing.
I've left it charging and tried to start but no joy. Any suggestions. No warranty. Has happened before sort of sorted itself out, think it may have over heated.

My wifes xiaomi did similar but it was under warranty with amazon so we sent it back.
Performance and reliability were sub standard so we went back to samsung. The battery life was achieved by aggressivly closing background apps so missed notifications were a daily occurrence.
Try holding vol+ and power for a long time.

Have you tried the obvious stuff.
Different charger, different cable, plugged into different wall socket. Tried starting it in recovery mode (google this with model number to find out how to do it)
yeh, everything. such a shame really great camera phone replacement would be 800 quid. will leave it a bit take it to a phone repair place i think.Different charger, different cable, plugged into different wall socket. Try a Motorola, nowhere near £800, £200-250 will get a phone with an excellent camera. We have Edge NEO 40, cost £250, camera is at least equal to anything on a recent equivalent from Apple or Samsung.MustangGT said:

it is actually one of handful of phones that uses a big camera sensor, makes a massive difference in photography. going to replace the battery see if that works.
