Tp-Link Deco Mesh and EE WiFi problems

My Deco M4 mesh has worked wonderfully well for a number of years now. Until my wife unplugged the router at the weekend because the kids were pissing her off.

I plugged everything back in and the Deco didn't come back to life with WifI, just a solid red LED.

I've done a hard reset of all devices and set everything up from scratch, but when I get the the final step of creating a network the Deco goes red again. Online help suggests doing something with IPV4, which I cannot find in settings.

I guess, help? Any ideas from the PH hivemind?
