I've seen a few adverts and a general Google always throws up differing views, and never sure how genuine they are.

We need a laptop, but not sure if it's worth saving a few hundred and buying a reconditioned one. We don't need anything I particular, spec wise, just for some simple MS Office stuff etc.

Anyone bought from them?

No, but my first port of call would be the Dell or Lenovo factory outlets as there are normally some good deals to be had, plus you get full warranty.
