Laser pointer

Hi , I am looking to buy a laser pointer for outside use. I need it to point out archeological features in remote places and film the results. I understand green is the best colour with an IR filter. Can anyone recommend a reputable brand, waterproof would be a bonus.
I guess 2-300 m max distance to the objects i need to highlight.
Any advice or experience is appreciated

thanks for the response. i had a quick look at the forum ,it needs a few more hours down that rabbit hole to find what i need .
