Microsoft account problem

My laptop keeps telling me this , i just ignore it and carry on, everything works as it should email fine.
Am i being stupid, or is it useless nannying by microsoft?

It's more than likely to be a phishing attempt. Don't click on the box! Before doing anything else, update your AV software and run a full scan.
